If the judge had any sense of justice, he would have given Mumia's attorney's the offer to appeal on the condition that the death penalty is back on the table if they lose.
I could never understand the logic of commuting a known cop killer's death sentence to life without parole back when they did it a couple of years ago. This is a classic case of defining deviancy down.

For years this Scumbag has been playing with the courts. His sponsors include the MOVE People who supplied cash from their payouts. Blatant abuse of the courts. Numerous appeals and extensions. He tried to blame his own brother for years but the brother won’t agree to exchange places.

The fix is in.
Has been for awhile. The PA Supreme Court threw out his death sentence some time ago. I suspect eventually either he'll be pardoned by a Democrat governor.

This clown judge after 37 years grants an extension for an appeal. Why an extension when this WPOS has had 37 years to appeal. This clown judge shows how our true system of Justice is degrading daily by the feelgood judges like Clown Judge Leon Tucker. The first thing to pop into my mind was the judge was racist in his decision. Poor boy in the pen for murdering a cop and has done 37 years when his original sentence was DEATH, converted to life. Convicted Cop Killers use to get the death penalty. Now it's cookies and milk time while this dead cops mom suffers daily the pain of inequity in our Judicial system.
