Sure, there was that coup attempt a few years ago when socialists tried to do what Chavez did in Venezuela, but I thought that was put down by the Honduran supreme court.
So how did Honduras suddenly become place where people are fleeing to seek asylum, without the worldwide media first reporting on conditions there?

The UN must be confusing President Trump with one of those Euro-weenies.
The last time the UN demanded something he cut off all funds to that group. Maybe it is time to ask the UN to find a new home...in another country...with out US financial support.
Or, the UN must immediately vacate and find a new facility in another country. The US is having to release asylum/refugee seekers waiting for hearings in detention areas to make room for new detainees. Needs to now be, The DHS will now be housing the detainees in the old UN building instead if releasing them without hearings.
