The only thing better: Congress is as bound by every law passed as private citizens.

I believe you are correct because that makes the most sense PDJT is the only one with the courage and connections to pull this off.
Our “national debt” is “owed” to private bank based in Europe. Its only American stockholders are the richest families in the US. They don't deserve to skim the richest cream that the banks have milked out of the US taxpayers.
