Well...I was referring to Atlanta’s dominating politically, not culturally. Huge turnouts for Trump in Macon, while good news, may not prevent this overfed statist from stealing the election.
Chicago owns rural Illinois, Philadelphia owns rural Pennsylvania, Des Moines owns rural Iowa (Durban?), NYC owns the Upstate, Minneapolis-St. Paul owns rural Minnesota (Somalis?), etc.
