I wouldn’t mind getting some rain. Don’t want things to begin to get too dry again.

Hope that it isn’t so cold that you can’t enjoy your visit to the museum this weekend!

I’m hoping they are wrong...

I am really happy that Alaska turned back Mark Begich, one term US senator, final vote for obummer care, and never met a tax he didn’t like. He really screwed up the city when he was mayor. And we solidified the pubbie senate. They aren’t super conservative, but I’ll take what I can get.

And we turned back the greenies and outside money trying to lock up the state. Their best wish is to lock up the whole state from anything from any use of our natural resources. I was really worried!!!

Not good having a tornado so close. Keep everything on the buildings? Rebuilt well house ok?

Did you lose trees?

Y’all could use some rain, that’s for sure.

It’s going to be a cold day at the museum since the larger room doesn’t have heat. It’s not all that great in the smaller room. One reason the museum loses for winter.
Just have to dress warm for the occasion.

It would be nice if they’re wrong but there’s stuff on the radar moving your way. :-(

It sounds like things went fairly well yesterday. A step or two in the right direction. Turning back the greenies and outside money was a big plus.

Not good at all! If it hadn’t been rain-wrapped, I’d have gotten it on video in lightning flashes as it went across the back of the farm!

Had a couple of sheets of tin ripped off the roof over the front porch and a metal shed’s doors were ripped off. Surprisingly that was all the building damage. A pecan tree and a cedar tree are down and there are a LOT of large and small limbs scattered around.

Not far from us, houses are demolished. We were VERY lucky here.

Be sure to wear warm sox! :) Maybe they’ll keep you busy enough that it will warm you up. Do you have a small space heater that you can take with you to warm up your area? I know that big ole building must be like a freezer when it’s cold outside.

I’m happy that we dodged a liberal and outsider money bullet. I was really worried.

Thanks, Mac, for the Missing Man Setting as we remember those who have given their all that we may gather safe and secure.

We’ve only had one snow...maybe 4” at my house. Lawns are still white, but main roads are all dry. Maybe some mid 30s coming and then after freezing again, low 40s. *sigh*

Hold off as long as you can.

I’ll be wearing warm everything! LOL

It’ll be a sunny day but cold. Maybe people will get out and about any way and stop in the check it out. If it’s slow, we’ll spend our down time in the office where it’s a bit warmer.

I know they’re looking into getting a new heating a cooling setup that will cover the whole place. Maybe they’ve lined something up and will have that done over the winter. Just have to wait and see.

I hope some people do come in. Having them kind of takes the mind off of being chilly. If they live around there, they are going to be used to cooler temperatures.

It’s 49 here right now. I think the rest of this week is going to be cooler than was expected last week. So far it isn’t so cold that it bothers me. And I have no place to be till the weekend. LOL!
