I saw Judge Nappy babbling about him this morning. According to the judge, who is ALWAYS wrong, this guy can’t even be an interim AG because of some law that only Nappy has ever heard of.

Yesterday someone posted the legal verbiage speaking to “Vacancies”, and it’s clear Whittaker is absolutely fine. Judge Nap hates Trump, and he doesn’t even try to be subtle about it any more.

Matthew Whitaker: acting attorney general said judges should be Christian I like this guy already. He's going no further than the Dem Senators, who say a judge can't be a believing Roman Catholic. They also won't accept anyone who doesn't hold all their Progressive beliefs. The Progressive thing is a religion itself, since to follow it, you have to be willing to discount all information, philosophies, and beliefs rooted in the past--which rules out Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, and Jews. They make an exception for Mohammedans, because they're afraid of them.

If Trump wants Whittaker as his AG, he should do the following.
Wait until the Senate term ends and they are finally forced to go out of session. Then, recess appoint someone that official D.C. absolutely can not stand (Joe DeGenova, Jay Sekulow, etc.)
Then when the Senate reconvenes, nominate Whittaker. They will have a choice. Either confirm him, or live with the guy you hate until 2020.
