We’re back to dry, but we’re cool. We’re not going to break 80 for the foreseeable future. In fact for a few days we’re not going to break 70.
The ladies love him LOL
Howdy, my.
It sounds like you had a good day at the Veterans Day events there.
Thank you! My dad was army and hubby and son were AF. I’m very proud of them!
Veterans: Thank you for your service!
Kathy: Thank you for YOUR service here on FR and all that you do year ‘round to honor those currently serving and those who have served.
Voters: Thank you for expressing your gratitude to our Veterans and to those currently serving who have secured our right to free elections by exercising that privilege which has come at a very high price.
Not going to break 70? Aw gee, my heart bleeds. LOL!!!!
We barely broke 50 here today and it was the warmest day in the 7-day forecast.
Trade ya! :-)
It sounds like you had perfect weather for Veterans Day events.
They’re men to be proud of. :-)
Good evening, radu...how is damage repair coming along? Lots of burn piles?
2” of nice fresh snow all for naught...several hours of rain today. Fingers crossed that temps stay above freezing at night for a few days.
We had pot roast and all the fixings.
it was all good
GRRRRRRRR....I just realized my 2012 to 2018 correction didn’t work. *sigh* I lost all the code twice, so at least it got posted. DUH!
Not much done in the way of burn piles yet. The guys who will deal with the two big trees have been busy getting trees off of houses and buildings in the areas harder hit than we were. Our trees aren’t in the way of anything so we can wait.
The roof damage has been taken care of and that was the important thing.
I hope your temps stay above freezing until the streets are dry. Is the rain supposed to linger for a while or will it be out of there quickly?
We have a lot of rain in our forecast this week. Tomorrow will be a washout and I hope it doesn’t keep people from going to the museum. We’re going to open it in the morning and it will be our last day until March as far as I know.
A lot of Veterans Day activities are planned by some area towns tomorrow but they’ll be rained out. The museum will give people an option to just sitting at home.
Sounds scrumptious!
Too bad there weren’t any brownies for desert. ;-)
We thank your Dad for his service to our country.
Bill Gates and that face book guy are on my shortlist LOL
Mayhaps the brownies were forgotten “accidentally on purpose”? LOL
