That’s surprising. I always heard that men pay higher auto insurance premiums.
Maybe that guy heard the same rumor. lol
It’s going to blow up when the Olympics and other high level sports are infiltrated with them...IMHO

Like you, I try to be tolerant of things when I can, but when something is shoved into your face with a demand, it stops being a tolerance issue and begins being a liberty and freedom issue.
I haven’t bought VS in years.
Their quality has really gone down hill.
So have their earnings.
Seems to me PC is the least of their problems.
I believe it depends on your age...young men do pay more, I believe, and very likely for good reason. But I believe things swing around as we get older.
LOL, if my mother is any indication...I can believe that.
I recall one time she insisted on driving somewhere, which I agreed to (I had a lifetime of deliberately surrendering my safety when she drove cars, I achieved a level of zen-like peace by putting myself in God’s hands and being ready to accept whatever happened!)
As we drove down a road, she put on the brakes, right in the middle of the road (with no warning or preamble) and turned to me and said “Would you mind driving?” and then, without waiting for an answer, with the car smack dab in the middle of the road and cars whizzing by in the opposite lane, opened the door and got out!
Boy, my mom sure did have personality...she has been gone a long time now, and I sure miss her, but I was relieved when she decided to let me do the driving when we went anywhere!
Sigh. I am never sure if they simply cannot see it, or if they deliberately know that this kind of thing is going to destroy sports because they regard sports as a waste of time and money anyway that could be better used on, as Ann Coulter once pithily put it, their “comically useless social programs”.
Ha ha. Put men in the T & A shows. There goes your audience.

LOL. Thankful for all our loved ones with personality! I had an older relative who used to drive 90 mph everywhere. Thankful we all survived those rides. lol
We used to call my mom “Old Leadfoot” when we were kids...there were six of us, and when we got unruly, my mom would speed the car up (a 1964 Chrysler New Yorker station wagon with a 413 cubic inch motor in it!) until we screamed and cried for her to slow down!
Nowadays that would be child abuse, but back then...it was just a crazed woman trying to raise six kids!
Times have changed. lol
I still have a good driving record. But, my sons, who recently started driving, suddenly seem nervous with me behind the wheel.
One day a few months ago, while driving with a son in the passenger seat, I saw a cool-looking SUV, and this happened:
ME (pulling as close as possible to get a better look): “Look at the car in front of us. Isn’t it nice?”
SON (looking at me nervously): “Yes, it would be a shame if something happened to it.”
LOL.
Hahaha...that really did make me laugh aloud!!!!
Sigh...we all think we are good drivers...until we aren’t!
