Actually in this case I agree with Loopy. Amazin needs tax breaks the way I need to eat more pasta. Actually LIC is loaded with tax break monuments. Ride the LIRR from Woodside to the tunnel and it looks like an entire city is being built. Built for Wall Streeters, banker and finance millenials , Ad guys and Lawyers.
