After what Debbie Wasserman Schultz engineered and attempted to railroad through to the white house in 2016, I’m rather surprised that she retained any credibility whatsoever.

...Staff in nursing homes CANNOT be marking ballots. A certified person at each nursing home has to sign that family or trusted members helped a patient with the ballot... If a person "needs help" with a ballot, they should not be voting. Having a relative in a nursing home is not a reason for anyone to double vote.
