It shouldn’t be overlooked that Krysten Sinema’s politics are very much in line with Jeff Flake with maybe just the exception of budget and spending.
Heck, let him get his way. Then Trump should just ignore the law like Obama did DOMA and every other thing he didn’t like. If it goes to the Supreme Court, the law would be found unconstitutional anyway.
