I agree that Kellyanne Conway is going to have to resign, but I think your judgment of her unfair, even cruel. Her husband is obviously a horrible person who probably gave her no indication he was going to pull this stuff. Instead, he chose to pretend he was supportive, then humiliate her this way. They have FOUR school-age children and KC has a high-pressure job. I'm not sure how you can say she's choosing to put up with this — by not divorcing him? Perhaps she feels her children and her job are in no position to handle the tumult, or that her vile husband will act even more badly if she were to file for divorce.

So, I agree KC probably has to resign, I cannot agree that she's a leaker or that she's at fault here.

I understand that he has opinions strongly different from Kellyanne’s. Matlin and Carville are examples of such political figures. they had their individual names and reputations to stand on with out the other.

This bozo is piggybacking on her name for his political gain. He’d be unknown without her.

If the family moved to DC and the four kids go to school there, they may be getting horrible treatment by liberal kids. KellyAnne did a great job as Trump’s third and winning campaign manager. I thought that she should have gone home until time to gear up for the next election. I don’t think that she is very good as a media spokesman.

I met my wife in 1984, which was during the Reagan vs Mondale campaign. On our first date, it was right after Mondale picked Geraldine Ferraro as his running mate. I just assumed she would be a Mondale backer on account of a woman being picked as VP but to my pleasant surprise, she told me she was with Reagan all the way. So that led to a second date and eventually 32 years of marriage that is still going strong!

It would be very tough going home at night if she was a Never Trumper. I don't know how other couples deal with being so politically out of phase with each other.

BTW, I always thought that Carville/Matalin was an act.

One of the many things my ex hid was his propensity toward evil.

I had a struggling daughter who was a reader and very much into LOTR and was trying to stay in the light and he gave her the Pullman Dark Materials series, which was about the last thing she needed. When we discussed it and he agreed not to give it to her, he then would sneak the series to her. She started cutting shortly after that. One small example of someone with a shiny facade who deteriorated.
