The elite pay far less as a percentage of their income for utilities... they will not be harmed. The price increases are FOREVER... The state is responsible for the fuel buildup and lack of clearing. Californians that have installed solar equipment and the companies that sell it are going to get a windfall.

Blatant. But dems get away with murder here. Brown ha lie don major issues time and time again, high speed train which is no longer high speed and billions and billions over budget. He lied about letting the pubic vote on any new taxes and sent our already high gas taxes into orbit and then lied recently to get the pubic to leave the taxes in place. It is something new every week.
And so the whackos in California elect his long-time Lt. Governor, partner-in-thief, to succeed him. They like the insanity that is their lives.
