POTUS had to sit him back down. The little man from California's 28th district was up on his pedestal spouting stuff like he knew it all.
Somehow he reminds me of the former congress critter from California's 33rd district - Henry Waxman. And guess where some of those fires were burning, in the district adjacent to the 28th.
