I find this awfully interesting - as Trump has had no need to use his foundation for “personal or private gain”... Where is the similar lawsuit against Hillary and her Clinton Foundation? You know - the one where she and Bill are DOCUMENTED to have skimmed from it - having raised funds for Haiti yet didn’t use it there.... Oh - and the political payoffs laundered through the foundation (including from RUSSIA)... I guess that is different?

There has never been an investigation into the Clinton Foundation since we have had such corruption in the top echelons of the FBI and the Justice Department. The Clintons have literally gotten away with murder to the nth degree.

No trials and so far no indictments as to why this witch Miss Hillary had a private server in her NY home that was tapped by the Chinese and everybody that was contributing to the Clinton Foundation. I am pretty sure they already have a Swiss Bank Account to hide their money.

In New York State, the Supreme Court is supreme only in the sense that it is a ‘universal’ trial court, in that all civil matters may be heard there. It is the ‘lowest’ level court, with two appellate courts above it: the Appellate Division and the Court of Appeals, the latter being the state’s highest court.

There are hundreds of Supreme Court judges in New York State.

That is NOT New York's highest court - that is the trial level court in New York. The New York Court of Appeals is New York's highest court.

Indeed - that jumped right out at me. This may be due to ignorance rather than bias in this case, but when you are charged with informing the public, you should probably have some idea of what it is you are reporting on yourself before distributing false information and misinforming people.
