They should also watch out for some American academics too.

Barn door, meet horse galloping off into the sunset.
The Chinese students around our local Campus drive BMWs, Mercedes, Porches, and the occasional McLaren or Maserati.
They may be Communists, but they are damned rich Communists.

You may not be here for espionage purposes as traditionally defined, but no Chinese student whos coming here is untethered from the state.
Just don’t let them attend school here. Shut it down.

No doubt about that.
In a large number of areas, the Chinese have already passed through us technically.
Within the next decade, we won't even be able to see their taillights anymore.

I was listening to a guy on the radio maybe 20 years ago. He was talking about this and saying nothing was being done about it.
I remember him saying that in the USA we think and make decisions based on quarters of a year. They deal in terms of a quarter of a century. They a very slow methodical and thorough approach to stealing our stuff and taking us over without firing a shot.
To: Oldeconomybuyer
So, don’t let them in. Don’t let anyone in until every illegal and visa overstay is escorted out.

It is hard for anyone who has lived in the United States to believe Communist B.S.
Of course, the Chinese are not really "Communist" any more...

"35 years too late." You beat me to it... Except, IMHO, it is more like 50-years too late since the 60's was when the first chicom students began to enter the university systems...
