And, more importantly, STILL COUNTING.

it’s a spoiled ballot on top of it...and someone will be ruling on “voter intent”

Just shoot me.

The law is whatever the Dems say.

Remember it is not who casts the vote- it is who counts the votes that determine the winner

Worst case scenario is a 20-20 split of the Alaska House. It'll be fun to watch the Demagogic Party in Alaska and elsewhere go out of their minds and have strokes when President Trump gets the ANWR drilled.

Well, well, well... Rodent chicanery in Alaska. Just “one” vote, eh ? One that happens to effect the outcome of the legislature. How convenient.

When will We The People have had a gut full of this crapola and demand investigations, prosecutions, and prison time? Our freedom is being stolen by amoral, corrupt, bottom-feeders.

How do we bring this to President Trump’s attention so it’s dealt with.

Who wins the seat if it's a tie vote?

Meanwhile, the rat efforts to steal NC-9, one of the few close races we prevailed in, continues. The state board (4 of each party and 1 indie) votes 7-2 with 2 GOP turning traitor, to not certify the election. The ridiculous notion of ordering a new vote has been speculated on, as has the House voting to seat the rat. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Fun facts, we retained control of the majority (26) of state delegations, and a majority of seats outside of California (193-189). May an earthquake destroy that state.

26 will come in handy in 2020 if no electoral College victor

The new House elected in 2020 would be the one deciding that.

But it’s unlikely we will lose control of any more delegations.

In a remarkable development, the Alaska election authorities did *not* count the ballot that was discovered in the “secrecy sleeve” (and which reportedly had been cast for the Democrat candidate), explaining that it was a ballot that the voter turned in saying that she made a mistake and was given a new ballot, and that the turned-in ballot was not a legal vote abd should have been destroyed on election night. However, one provisional ballot that had not been counted because of questions as to whether the felon who cast it had been given his voting rights back was reconsidered, and they concluded that the felon indeed had been enfranchised in 2017. So then they opened the envelope to see for whom the felon had voted and, miracle of miracles, the vote was cast for the Republican candidate! So the Republican candidate won by a single vote, and now the Republicans will have a 21-19 majority in the state house instead of a 20-20 tie. For those who say “we never win elections that go to a recount,” well, here’s yet another counterexample.

This article explains the whole thing in detail:

We won? Well slap me silly!

That’s provided the rat doesn’t go to court for some chicanery.

23 days after the election, and Democrats are STILL VOTING.

Not only in California, but Alaska also. Who would have thunk.
