He made one great remark about family life and treating one’s kids that I’ll always remember:

“You better be nice to your kids because they’re the ones who’ll decide what nursing home you’ll go to.”

A wonderfully humorous way of expressing an absolute, hard-edged truth.

What are the odds of being the only man in America who could not remember where he was when JFK was killed AND being so close to assuming the Presidency in 1981 the very same way Lyndon B Johnson acquired the position?

Hmmm...

I know he’s in heaven and I think he was a good dad, but I think he did more harm than good for America. Reagan’s biggest mistake was making him VP IMO.

I don’t want to see a replay with Pence in 2024. As Bush was, so Pence is NOT the man to carry us forward towards restoration of our Free Constitutional Republic. I hope the 2024 man emerges soon.

You knew he wouldn’t last long once Barbara was gone. He could have been a better president and I could have been better in my life too. RIP.

RIP George Herbert Walker Bush. I believe he was a very good man, maybe one of the best men to ever be president. A very distinguished life. I also believe he was sometimes too good; if he had fought back harder against there media and not let the Dems play him, we would have never had had Clinton.

Bush 41 was a good man, but, I blame for David Souder and his passive do nothing country club Republicanism that was responsible for Bill Clinton and Ruth Ginsburg and Stephen Breyer. I blame his politics for his son who through the same passive do nothing country club Republicanism gave us Barrack Obama and Elena Kagen and Sonia Sotomayer. I blame all of these Presidents Bush’s and the Dems for helping to turn our country into a third world toilet and a Dem majority. And the only thing we got that was conservative was tax cuts for rino Republican and gentry libs including the people who own the MSM. Way to go Bushies. Following Reagan we had a solid Republican majority that looked like it would hold for a long time. Now look at where we are! I blame the Bush’s!
