Once again, WAPO clymer and others of your ilk, the President did not call on Russia to hack Her Heinous's emails. By that point, they already had them. The President was just sarcastically commenting on that when he said he hoped the Russians could find the 30,000 missing emails that no one else could seem to find.

Keep in mind, this "attack" was dozens of fake Facebook troll accounts. Their argument is that Hillary lost because dozens of fake Facebook accounts managed to change enough minds to enable Trump to carry 30 states. And Trump and Putin puts this brainstorm together.
