I can’t believe anyone would be stupid enough to deal with bomb scams. I stick with the “need your bank account number so I can send you ten million rupies” - at least no one dies.

Wonder if IPs are spoofable. Know phone numbers are spoofable but am not familiar with spoofing IPs

Child hackers play to spoof IP’s. Remember this hacking tools that got released from the No Such Agency? Very good spoofer in that package.

If legit this is written by someone from either China or India with a good but not perfect command of English. The phrase ‘my recruiter person” is a tip off.

But schools which automatically evacuate after seeing scribbled “bomb threat” on the bathroom wall have empowered the howlers to shut them down whenever they please.

Several businesses in my tiny town in Florida - St Augustine - got threats today. Bizarre, just looking at it, I don’t think there’s a real threat but it’s sure freaking people out. Like Nigerian scams on steroids.

The wording does sound like the Nigerian scams..but usually their scams don’t include bitcoin, it’s PayPal or gift cards.
