Why would they expect an honest answer? I guess because they are Californians.

"Now don’t get me wrong. I’ll NEVER go to the city for fun"

You don't have any desire to crap on a city street? Just once?

“Personally I think that we should have a law that non-citizens may only buy US real estate if they are residents of the US for more three years, pay taxes and are in the country nine months out of the year.”

Some places in Canada have gotten tough on investment buyers.

The UK put up a stiff “Stamp Duty” tax of up to 6% on home sales. It has slowed sales.

The truth is that investment is quite risky nowadays.

Booms always go bust.

The government is better at managing things nowadays, but human greed always pushes the bust button.

“It’s Jerry Brown’s new bail out plan. Give us cash or we are moving in with you.”

Ah, that’s where the Hondurans got their $50,000/thug extortion idea.

They’ve totally effed up Portland...and no you can’t buy a decent bungalow for 300k here anymore.

Now we real Oregonians have to escape the liberalifucation.

There’s lots of videos on YouTube about people leaving California.

talking about moving to Oregon, where they can buy a sweet bungalow in Portland for $300,000.

This same bungalow is available in Salem, Oregon for $175,000 or less.

The answer is if you’re conservative move out. If you’re a societal parasite stay.

“Great, the internet and Google have created a nation of mindless drones who cannot think for themselves.”

Dear Google, should I trust the Magic 8-Ball? :)

But if you live in Calif plz stay there and don’t bring Calif ideals and try and spread them in other states.

If lifelong conservative: Yes.

If anything other: No.

The California exodus has and is causing many red states to turn blue or purple. A total disaster.

Why is that always the case? Why can't the wackos adjust to their new surroundings and become "red?"

Oh Yeah...

California parks are mountains of gravel with mid-sized Christmas trees.

The air quality in L.A. is over 60 times as bad a Beijing’s.

And, most people STILL think that Michelle Obama is the most attractive woman in the world.

I left back in the late 1980’s. At that time we had Fred-R-Rated busting up television sets, Miami Vice was all the rage, and I wore a green tee-shirt under a white sports jacket. I have friends that tell me that they would love to move out. It is only a matter of time when they get everything “ready”.

You know, there are five kinds of people....

1. Ready, Aim Fire!
2. Ready...Aim...Aim...Aim...
3. Ready. Ready.. Ready...
4. Aim... Fire!
5. Fire!

I guess that I was the last one.

I just looked up ONE.

Newspapers in the last few days had sa headline says “Seattle’s Air 5 Times Worse Than Bejing”.

No mention of LA’s.

You are making these things up.
