It’s about 1/8 of a percent of federal spending. It is ridiculous. Should make democrats look like chumps.

Exactly right. 5 billion is rounding error so what is 500 million for planned parenthood. The uniparty refused to defund planned parenthood because its all about destroying America. It is a pittance to murder babies in the womb but vitally important to our destruction. Lots of “bang for the buck”
I say 5 billion is too little.
