They merged with another group into Citizens for Global Solutions, and are still around under other names, like the World Federalist Movement and Institute for Global Policy.
The problem with World Federalism is that there's no place to get away if you don't like the laws that are made. Giving up even some of your sovereignty means decisions are being made that much further away from the people who will be affected by them.
