A couple of years ago I saw a giant of a man checking out with some snacks. He was so put out when his EBT card couldn’t be automatically processed and he had to go to the customer service counter. He looked like he was in the NBA, very tall and athletic.
One of my best buds who has a green card would not even dare register for it, even when he was down and out financially. He just renewed the GC but he knew that if he registered, he might be deported.

Agree. Government pushes subsistence. Drug Cartels push drugs. Other than that, methods and goals are pretty much the same.

If you make $80K a year, but you live in a $2600 a month home, you better have a nice illegal drug business on the side! Otherwise, when the economy tanks or taxes go up or anything else, you will be HOMELESS!

Ive been in that kind of situation but never intentionally. After she checks out she needs to rummage through her purse, make a call at the end of the checkout line, corral her little welfare checks before they run too far or she wont get paid next month, etc. By this time you’ve completed your transaction and shes doing the half cart hangover shuffle out to the vehicle and youre stuck behind her orbiting swarm. As youre jumping in to your vehicle she arrives at hers. You look over in irritation and there she is loading her “escalade”.
Yep. And no pictures of churches cranking out LOTS of food....because they are charitable. Govt. shouldn't be in the business of charity. NONE. Let the churches do it and GROW.
