If Trump is to declare a national emergency, he better be prepared to disregard federal district court or appeals court injunctions against him, and declare that it is a matter for the supreme court only.
Of course the leftist will declare a constitutional crisis, but it is the courts that are using an unconstitutional nationwide injunction to tie the hands of the president.
If a 9th Circuit judge messes with Trump’s wall, Trump should just ignore him. From what I’ve heard from talking heads who get it, he doesn’t have to buckle under. Imagine one knucklehead having to have the power to bring a halt to the entire United States Of America.
Do it now Trump. No moment to spare.
Firing 500,000 would save about $40 BILLION in just one year.
