Me, too. Seven decades exactly, and I’m glad I’ve lived to see our president. (And I’m glad to have experienced 11/8/2016 — Best. Election. EVER.)
Actually, our founding fathers were not in favor of political parties. Their vision was that people would choose from among themselves honorable and wise citizens who would go to DC for a few years to make decisions that were in the best interest for their community, their state, and the country. They never envisioned this rich powerful partisan two party system, entrenched politicians reckleessly spending the peoples’ money.
Yes, Anne C. is a big Romney lover, and I suspect Romney is going to run, and she is going to tell us that Mr. Weathervane will do better.
Why doesn’t he speak of how she must be compromised by the drug Cartels?

Me too, plus it was my oldest son's 50th birthday. He was born on election day in 1966. Ronald Reagan was elected Governor of California that day too.
I heard the same...yet I wonder. How could they NOT know that the system would gravitate to two parties, when one party can easily win an Electoral College landslide at 40% if there are 3 or more competitive parties?
