Someone brought up that the last Marine unit in Vietnam was at the end of 1971. Unless he worked at the embassy compound or part of the rescue effort on the ships off-coast, that’s the only way he was there in Vietnam. So I’m waiting to hear the rest of the story.

It sounds like Mr. Phillips has had a rough life, since being a young person. In and out of Foster Homes? Abuse? Don’t know if that’s true, but there might be other issues at play here that are related to his medical well being.
