Per the internet “WikiQuote”. on March 30, 1960, Ronald Reagan speaking to the Phoenix Chamber Of Commerce stated in his speech, “Freedom is never more then one generation away from extinction”!!!

Grade “A” BS!

Perhaps not.

There is an adage that supports the notion.

A Representative who advocates robbing Peter to pay Paul may very well gain Paul's support.

When you consider that the top 30% of payers pay 90% of the total income taxes it is possible that 70% are virtually unaffected.

Hi Buck,
Are you thinking that any of us will believe any POLL?

2016, 2016 etc.

Yes, “we are a nation of economic illiterates,” but no one in my tax bracket is illiterate.

Sign reads, “If you are illiterate, call this number to get help.”

I support the “Fair Tax,” it is a consumption tax that will solve much of the inequality and force the “underground income” earners to pay taxes.

Latinos ADORAN taxes!

SAME OLD

Billionaires propose & support a wealth “tax” on the Rich.

Fake polls say middle class supports the tax.

Actual, billionares are exempt, while middle class wiped out and become poor.

Hide! USA is ruined.

Posting this for all of the AOC scoffers out there. Read it and weep. And I do mean, weep.

You couldn't be more right. To those GOP'ers who cringe at Trump; just wait until you see who follows him. As long as unfettered immigration is allowed, we're toast.

JFK’s initial proposal was to reduce the top rate from 91% to 65%. He did not live to see the proposal enacted.

Countering the deceptive idea that the economy would be raised by trickle down, JFK correctly compared the economic motion to the sea. A rising tide lifts all boats.

Critical to the Left is the claim that the tax rate cuts would cost tax revenue. They pretend that rates and revenues are the same.

It would be hard to find someone more ignorant about economics than the American voter.

Specie will never be currency again nor should it be for several reasons not the least of which it would be almost impossible to carry out small transactions without moving to a paper/coin system.

There have been periods under a “gold standard” but, in fact, convertibility was suspended more than it wasn’t.

The idea that the majority of Americans favor having their taxes raised is just silly to consider. This nonsense is not worth reading.

Translation: The majority of Americans would like other people to pay their way. What a shock.

So a majority of people would vote to increase taxes on someone other than themselves.

How pathetically childish and common.

Myself, I see this as taxation without representation.
