Quite true, but she also has (D) after her name so she’s doubly protected. But the real fact is that Senators/Congressmen can only be removed by themselves or the voters, there is no method of impeachment or recall. They, in theory, can be expelled by 2/3 vote, but nothing can stop them from running for reelection to the vacated seat. She might be in Congress for a long time.
