Trump is only required to give a SOTU. He’ll do that 2/3/19.

AFAIK, he is NOT required to give the opposition party a transcript in advance of his speech. He shouldn’t now.

Why give the opposition the text ahead of time to permit them to develop their negative response???

As Georgia's Secy of State, Gov Kemp actually OPENED the voting process to MORE people----Gov Kemp's actions hugely benefited Stacey Abrams.

Abrams predictably tried to invoke the ugly spectre of Jim Crow, but Abrams would have lost by bigger margins were if not for Secy of State Brian Kemp's (now Gov) numerous pro-voting actions......including initiating online measures.
