Ok so it seems the call to police came from a friend’s apartment. I read the rope was stil around this guy’s neck. They obviously had time to concoct this at the friend’s apartment. More likely to have bleach there than walking around on the street.
So basically they are looking for 2 people in Chicago.

My observations:
The Chicago Police will now be accused of Racial Profiling.
Black Men are less tolerant of Gays (especially Black Gays) than White Men are.
The TV Show “In Living Color” could never be made today, especially with the Homophobic depiction of Black Gay Men that the Wayans Brothers portrayed on the Show.
Now, does anyone see (a) MAGA Hats, (b) a Rope, (c) a container of Bleach or (d) any White Devils in that Picture?
But the only thing they might garner from this photo I see, is their height, and possibly their weight. Any thing else is pure speculation unless they have better images to look at.
