I read that he was a pediatric neurologist. True? Yes!

What else has Dr Mengala er Northam been up to?

Edmarc Hospice for Children.

This organization has been euthanizing babies/children since 1978 masqerading as a wonderful Hospice for infants.:

Established in 1978, Edmarc Hospice for Children was the first hospice in the nation designed specifically for children. It is now handling up to 50 babies per day!*

Ralph Northam, MD – Emeritus Status
Pediatric Neurologist and Medical Director, Neuro Development Center, CHKD

Established in 1978, Edmarc Hospice for Children was the first hospice in the nation designed specifically for children. Founded by members of Suffolk Presbyterian Church in Suffolk, Virginia, Edmarc was named for Edward, their minister who died of cancer, and a young couple’s son, Marcus, who needed hospice care because he had a progressive neuromuscular disease.

Who speaks for the baby, before it is euthanized?

*It is now handling up to 50 babies per day!* (Wonder what they mean by “handling”?!)

Ha, I've been researching this topic online, and I LOVE the political circus that will result if this douchebag won't resign.

Section 17 of Article IV of the Virginia constitution says that the Governor can be impeached for "offending against the Commonwealth by malfeasance in office, corruption, neglect of duty, or other high crime or misdemeanor". So it looks like impeaching him for appearing a racist photo taken during his medical school days would be a real stretch, though I imagine the RATS could attempt that anyway and come up with some bogus "charges" against him.

If they want to remove him from office WITHOUT resorting to impeachment, the VA constitution also gives them the power to declare the Governor "unable to discharge the abilities of his office". Either the VA Attn. General or both houses of the state legislature can make that decision by simple majority vote. Obviously it was put in place in case a governor suffered a massive stroke, had a mental breakdown, ended up in a coma, etc., etc. They ALSO put a clause in the Constitution that the Governor can immediately override such a decision by issuing a written statement within 4 days that "No disability exists". Obviously that they PUT in place to prevent the legislature from doing weasely things like declaring a Governor "ineligible" because he did racist things years ago. If Northam issues a "No disability exists" statement (and he undoubtedly would), the legislature can STILL remove him and reinstate their original finding, but it takes a supermajority 3/4ths vote of both houses to do that -- FAR more than the threshold to impeach and remove a governor for crimes.

I really hope this thing drags out for months. I'm lovin' it!
