Why hasn’t Trump pulled the national security clearances of Mueller and his team until the leaker of the raid to CNN is prosecuted? This prevents the insurrectionists from using secure channels to communicate among one another, and makes it difficult to publish a redacted report when they don’t have the clearance to read, let alone redact, the ‘report’.
Penn claimed this was the biggest hoax in American history. No, that was Obama supposedly being Constitutionally qualified to be president.
On the bright side, it was Dirty Bob Mueller and not Janet Reno. We know how her arrests ended.....

Any criminal attorneys out there who can explain the rules in District Court for challenging a trial judge? In civil cases, we get to challenge a judge without cause once, and then if we don’t like who we get, it has to be for cause. I have not seen any of these defendants challenge the assigned judge, so I am assuming it is not a right. Stone’s lawyers should challenge this judge for cause—she’s horrible. Find a reason.

I don’t think that Robespierre is a good analogy. The French Revolution was an internecine struggle as they “ate their own” and Robespierre turned against other revolutionary factions, most notably Danton, to assume power. Shortly afterwards, the revolutionaries turned on Robespierre.
The players today are clearly ideological opponents; globalists vs nationalists. But ideological or not, it’s just a contest for control. Certainly, he is weaponizing information as JE Hoover did. But he’s taking it one step further to unseat the CIC.
Since you are interested in French history you might want to look at Charles Martel and the rise of the Carolingian dynasty. Charles was the mayor of the palace, but not the actual king but this position was leveraged and led the groundwork such that his sucessors would be kings of the Franks and usurp the Merovingians. Other possible parallels occur when regents usurp weak kings a la Catherine de Medici.
Mueller is exploiting a fatal weakness of our constutional republic. He is exploiting the fact that the DOJ cannot be controlled by the president even though the president clearly has this power constitutionally. Because of political pressure, the president is unwilling to use this power. Without real oversight, the DOJ can exert power without restraint. Initially the power is exerted within a narrow field, but it will widen unless it is stopped.

Just because a legacy was established by prior generations doesn't mean that newly emerging contestants will venerate, honor or respect those sacrifices. Rather, the enemy views dissipated, distracted and frankly cowardly beneficiaries as ripe for conquest.
The story - and consequences - of the constant struggle in the fight over scarce resources is written in our DNA. That is, we the living are the survivors and descendants of those who successfully achieved dominance in prior eras.
The time is coming soon to determine whether the most recent chapter of this eternal struggle is to be waged while patriots still have an advantage, or rather it is to be deferred to the future when it becomes a fight for survival.
Trump should know this - he is going to have to act, otherwise his legacy will be despised by both contestants.
