The law in NY State changed back in the 80s. A bunch of fat ugly dikey looking women went around topless getting themselves arrested so they could challenge the law, they were, they did, and they won. Then they put their shirts back on.
Now in NY women can legally go topless anywhere that men can. I have never seen a woman walking around topless. Anywhere. In over 30 years since it has been legal.
So let them have their “equality”. Once it’s legal, they’ll quit doing it anyway.
