Massive protests demanding amnesty swept the country in 2006 and 2007: "This is unjust. This land used to belong to us and now they're trying to kick us out," complained Sandra Molina, a junior from a Los Angeles Magnet High School. Joel Rubin and Cynthia H. Cho, "High School Students Extend Immigration Protests Into 4th Day, Los Angeles Times, March 27, 2006.

This is a longstanding, persistent effort to seize the Southwestern and Western United States and Texas. However, this threat to the U.S.A. "must not be named" in polite establishment political company. This truth is treated as a conspiracy theory. The Washington Times reported as far back as 2006 in Mexican Aliens Seek to Retake 'Stolen' Land:

La reconquista, a radical movement calling for Mexico to “reconquer” America’s Southwest, has stepped out of the shadows at recent immigration-reform protests nationwide as marchers held signs saying, “Uncle Sam Stole Our Land!” and waved Mexico’s flag.

Even as organizers urged marchers to display U.S. flags, the theme of reclaiming “stolen” land remained strong. One popular banner read: “If you think I’m illegal because I’m a Mexican, learn the true history because I’m in my homeland.”

"We need to change direction,” said Jose Lugo, an instructor in Ethnic Studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder at a campus march last week. “And by allowing these 50,000, 50 million [immigrants] to come in here, we can do that.”

During 2018, many remarked that caravans of invaders were carrying the flags of the nations they were supposedly "fleeing" instead of the flag of the U.S.A. where they sought refuge. Trespassers were very interested in celebrating the countries they came from but contemptuous of the U.S.A. they wanted to occupy. For at least two decades, open borders advocates have marched with the flags of Mexico and Central American countries. They burned the U.S. flag.

The stupid runs deep with this one.
“’We are standing on native land,’ she claimed”
No, you’re standing on dinosaur land, long before the evil “natives” got here, there were other stewards of this land. The natives took it from something/someone else.

“The Mexican Reconquista movement is an openly admitted effort by Hispanic activists to take “back” California (Southern especially), New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas”

Correct me if I’m wrong, but hasn’t that ship pretty much sailed already?

We should all refer to her as ‘Gilligan’ and then - WOOSH!

Most folks would see her for the brainless (insert adjective here) that she truly is.

I think there is some room for negotiation here. We agree to let them have Southern California and we just reroute the wall.

I don’t think the GOP could have hoped for a better Democrat nutjob to be the face of their party for 2020 than Occasional Cortex.

It would be far cheaper and easier to invade a hundred miles into Mexico, build a wall there, clean out the drug lords and of course make the annexed land American. All signs must be in english, english only in schools.

All that her native kinfolk are capable of creating are shithole countries.

Like locusts, they only know how to feed off the wealth and hard work of others. Problem is, once they turn the USA, with the world’s largest economy, into another shithole the rest of the world will sink fast.

In other postings I asked if the Mexicans are asserting in their school text books claiming the Gasden purchase fraudulent as well as making other territorial claims. If they are; This is what we must do. Assert out sovereignty

WHY ARE WE ALLOWING CITIZENS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES
ENTERING ILLEGALLY GRANTING THEM RIGHTS
THAT THEIR COUNTRY DENY US HAVING
WHEN ENTERING IT LEGALLY ???
It’s time we consider illegal entry by any person who is a non Mexican citizen illegally entering the United States through the US Mexican border a defacto Mexican citizen with limited Mexican constitutional rights subject to their laws while transiting. As well as any Mexican citizen doing so. Subject to reciprocal citizen treatment a citizen of the United States receives in Mexico through the Mexican constitution on citizenship .

Besides being unable to vote one must also be a citizen to own land and Mexico is very restrictive about granting citizenship. Because of that a US citizen besides not being able to vote, and cannot have title in their name to any land property in Mexico. And until that is changed the US and the affected state should consider making that reciprocal.prohibiting citizens of Mexico or countries with similar restrictions from doing both voting and land ownership..

How can a Hispanic politician go by the name Cortez?

That’s like a German politician named Hitler in 2019.

No one should be surprised that Mexico's Reconquista is now openly supported in the halls of Congress after years of it pushing American immigration policy since the 1986 IRCA/Amnesty - which was was overwhelmingly a Mexican amnesty program. Below is the official INS (precursor to ICE) statistics and it goes into 1992 because so many of those initially denied were later granted by court orders or stipulated agreements of the government. Note that Central America, the source of today's "caravan" invaders are the runner-ups.

I couldn't find a complete chart by US state of application, but only a partial for 1987 (while applications were still being accepted). I do remember distinctly that the complete numbers showed (as this partial and today's DACA shows) an overwhelming number from California with a clear 2nd place for Texas:

Since the 1986 Amnesty, we've been living through nothing less than Mexico's "Reconquista" with aid from its Central American proxies and the all too critical assistance of the American 5th column. Another Amnesty will be America's complete surrender.

“Uncle Sam Stole Our Land!”

Uncle Sam didn’t take Texas. Texans did and Texas was an independent country after the Texas Revolution. Cortez is saying forget the Alamo. I doubt that will sit well here in Texas.

as soon as leftists start talking about the ethnic cleansing of Mexico by its elite ethic Spanish I will pay attention.

But having another ethnic Spanish helping justify Elite Mexicans cleansing their country of their poor indigenous peoples while reaping big bucks, doesn’t work for me.
