Yes, although it’s slow. I’m near the end of Season 2.
The notion that Philip could have this second “wife” that he only sees once a month, kids that no one ever sees, that these two are assassinating trained people is too far out. On the other hand, I like all the Cold War references.
Right now I’m in the middle of “The Expanse” on Prime (very good), “I am the Night” on TNT (superb), and “True Detective” (one of the best series ever, though each season is totally different).
If youve seen THE ACCOUNTANT, you might recognize the autistic woman, Justine (voice of the Brit), who also plays Martha in THE AMERICANS. Interesting evolution of Martha. Agree with you about the crazy plot. You really do have to suspend disbelief.
We couldnt get past episode 3 of I AM THE NIGHT, for some reason.
Our absolute fave was LONGMIRE.
Weve watched the whole series four times!
Still waiting for the movie. Apparently, so is the cast.
Longmire was very good, but two things bothered me throughout:
1) A rural, non-populated county in Wyoming appeared to have more murders than Chicago on a busy weekend.
2) Not a Sackoff fan. I could see her fascinated with him, but could never get over him not taking the hot rich widower.
Of course, the last episode where his daughter is gonna be sheriff? Please.
Also, Pagosa Springs is waaaay far from Wyoming in southwest Colorado.
They made it seem very close. I think they just liked the sound of the name!
Cring-worthy romance with Sackoff at the end. Yuck.
