These students require so much special resource time that the teachers are out of the classroom in special meetings much of the day. All students suffer teachers get frustrated and change careers.

If you go into a business, they talk the language of the old country right in front of you. They haven’t the slightest idea it’s rude. I honestly think they like to rub it in that they have taken over.

We have a store here in rural virginia that was taken over. I said it was ISIS. But it might not be ISIS, I'm not sure since I have no idea what they are jabbering on the phone while taking my money. Then there's the problem of not getting the right change. The helpers (younger employees, kids of the owners, etc) are all fine. The owner often tries to keep $5 or $10 from my change. I go there less now.

Plyer was a 5/4 decision that followed political inclinations. Essentially, (IMO) the court said, if you are not going to deport them, you must treat them as citizens. Which, if one thinks about it avoids the creation of a governmentally sponsored caste system.

Thus, Plyer should not present an obstruction to a responsible government.
