I ain’t buying it. From the above excerpt they’re still lying about her cancer surgery. She had a lobe of her lungs removed. There are five lobes btw, and they’re saying it’s only two nodules. Closed door sessions don’t allow us to see her condition. I’ve very dubious about the whole thing. I’d be surprised if she was at oral arguments. If she is there it could stress her enough that it might kill her and I think they know that.
She must have arrived by ambulance and been wheeled in on a stretcher.

How can she be back at work when so many FReepers remain convinced she is dead. :-) They are probably the same people that were absolutely convinced Hillary couldn’t possibly stand up long enough to debate with Donald Trump and wouldn’t even make it to the election.

We demand “proof of life”; and no, a still photo of her lifeless corpse propped up in her bed with her glasses on doesn’t count!

It’s all over the news that Justice Ginsberg returned to work on February 15, 2019.
If she wasn’t working on January 15, how did she issue the concurring opinion in this case?
