Jeffrey Toobin is CNN’s chief legal analyst, but he seems to be clueless about the fact that the 25th Amendment can only be invoked when a president is either physically or mentally incapacitated. It was never intended to be used in case high level officials decided that they just didn’t like a president.

Yet somehow Toobin allowed his obvious dislike for President Donald Trump to, well, trump any basic legal sense on his part on Monday’s The Situation Room to declare that it was “patriotic” for FBI and DOJ officials to discuss Trump’s removal from office via the 25th Amendment even though to do so would have been plainly unconstitutional. Notably there is NO mention of the “2 hops” rule for FISA warrants.

The FISA wasn’t just to spy on Trump’s campaign via Carter Page.......but with “the 2 hops rule” the Obama spies could spy on virtually the entire Trump campaign staff.

There have been no mainstream reports at all on the left’s and the demokrap party’s very cozy relationship with communist Russia stretching back nearly a century. I would guess more than half the people who live within the borders of the USA have no idea of the left’s activities with communism.

McCabe has no choice to stick to the lie that Trump is a Russian asset. This is in line with why the Obozo-Clinton nexus illegally spied on his campaign and tried to take him down before and after the election. The media is all too ready to participate as they are fellow travelers, and like communists do, keep telling the lie so that it seems like truth to the masses.

Putin has no interests in fighting the globalists. He uses them when convenient. For example, signed big oil contracts with Shell Oil years ago to develop very remote energy fields, then when the work is done, cancels the contract, kicks them out. Putin/Russia without the nuclear bomb and some minerals sitting next to Europe, and veto power at the toothless UN . . . would be insignificant. My recall of Trump’s comment during the campaign were to engage Russia to see if there were common interests (fighting terrorists) so as to avoid war with each other.
