Why do you disagree?

Leftist turnout was higher than almost all other states. It's not Michigan was super stoked to all vote for Stabenaw, or Whitmer. Neither of them were great candidates in any way.

New voters. MJ voters. Without that on the ballot James may still have lost, but not by five points like he did.

I think the leftist turnout will dissipate as their policies and platform - if they have one - will bring about their fall. Plus I believe good conservative candidates will come out of the woodwork to reverse this trend. Hence my screen name I guess.... :)

Heh.

They will have a difficult time duplicating the 2018 election.

Plus their new voters might be too stoned to go cast a vote going forward.....

Always a reason for hope.

:-)

I was hoping he’d run for Senate again in 2020 against the freshman Democrat - he would be in the Senate today even against an entrenched Democrat like Stabenow had he been adequately funded, and would have an even better chance against Peters.

Dunno....all I know about him is that he ran and lost and is now looking for an “in”...he looks and sounds good but so did Rubio and a few others.....at first.

You do that.

Believe me, I want him in the Senate.

I felt he did get ANY saturation coverage here in the SE of the where I live ...And this is where the candidate always come to "die" on Election Night ... delayed results, shady voting, etc....

He should have beaten the PANTS off of Debbie.

Maybe he was too much of a gentleman ...

Lesson learned. Beat the SNOT out of Peters in 2020!
