Taking an oath, affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state or its political subdivisions after the age of 18 is an expatriating act and you forfeit your citizenship. In my opinion, she should not be allowed into the Territorial limits for any reason. If you want to hang her, fine. Do it over there. You want to imprison her, o.k. Do it over there.
