Kind of sad.
Although she has plenty of like-minded individuals out there doing that very thing already...
Anyone who has their children or grandchildren in the public schools is asking for a horrific future.
I come from a VERY poor background and don't blame anyone for my circumstances. Hard work and getting the RIGHT knowledge from education leads to success, woman. You can NOT give success to people who don't want to work for it. All you do is give successful peoples' money away for nothing and ruin economies.
By the way, the title requires subjunctive case:

I have no idea what that is. All I know is that it didn’t sound right - and that “weren’t” sounds better.
Some Junior High teacher called into Rush Limbaugh today. Said that AOC sounds exactly like his students. They say/write lots of words, but can’t make a decent argument with a solid point at the end. Most of the words are just “filler”.
This says a lot about the type of mindset of far too many people in teaching; as she aged and got tired of shaking her @ss for tips in a bar, she looked for a lucrative, secure job where she could “retire on active duty” the minute she was tenured. There are good teachers out there, but far too few; too many just looking for fat paychecks (and incredible benefits) for 180 part-time days of work.
Why do we have to post/document/promote every slight utterance from this over-talkative child. I have a squirrel in my back yard who’s chattering makes more sense. Should I be posting all my squirrel’s utterings so FR doesn’t miss anything? I think posting the “white noise” from this woman does nothing but promote a nothing into something. ....and that’s how we got Obama.

Indoctrinate one way or another.
She’s teaching us now. We can learn from her how a Marxist’s mind works...or doesn’t. Teacher, leave those kids alone.
It hasn’t been “English” as a subject for years. It’s “Language Arts”.
Your squirrel isn't looking to take over our lives and is only interested is stealing some nuts and bird seed instead of our entire paychecks.
I don’t find her the least bit attractive, but perhaps she has some skills she could teach at the Mustang Ranch....
Hard to say whether being a teacher for 30+ years or a congressperson for two puts her in a position to cause more damage.
