Looks like a good reason to increase DUI enforcement in areas infested with illegal immigrants.

Time to use the census results and illegals arrest numbers to good effect. For every illegal arrested, add 0.00004% tariff to Mexican goods. 1 million would be a 40% tariff.
I have an idea about the wall too. Sure make it 18 to 30 feet high, but then build a 20 ft deep trench on our side, lined with concrete. Effective wall height becomes 50-60 ft. Let them try building a ladder for that.
