Not necessarily. Mitch McConnell is making noises like hell support it, and apparently even Cruz says he isn’t sure how he’ll vote. The big donors control the GOP, and they want open borders
I’m very optimistic that President Trump will get the Wall built and keep the illegals out of our Country!
I’m not. The GOP is nearly united against a wall. Their donors want cheap labor, like slaveowners back in the 1800s
If they strike this declaration down, even as they have left others (31 n all) standing - including DACA, which is unconstitutional on its face - then it truly is time to take up arms. Because, what they are in effect saying is “we will not doo our job to defend the border against this ongoing invasion, and nor will we allow the president to fulfill his constitutional duty to defend the nation.”
That leaves us no other alternative than to resort to force of arms.
We either march on the border, or we march on Washington.
We should all contact our senators, and tell them that they are literally playing with fire, if they strike down this declaration. We are coming to end of our patience - and the end of the line for this republic, if this is the route they chose to force.
No more bullsh*t - we need to either put up, or shut up.
The soap box is of no avail.
The ballot box is of no avail.
The jury box is of no avail.
That leaves the cartridge box.
This is why Ted Cruz will never win the Presidency.

Mitch could say that he won’t take up the resolution until the SOTUS declares the wall emergency illegal. It’s not up to the senate. Then the senate could avoid disapproving a legal act of the president.
Precedents be damned. The next commie president will do as she pleases.
They are 42 votes short of overturning a Presidential veto.
We actually have non citizens in the military. But yes, he could never be president. 8>)
