"drive a Subaru, you may want to avoid wearing perfume ...” "Won’t be a problem for feminists - it’s hard enough to convince them to put on deodorant"

😂

"how do you troubleshoot"

Lady has vehicle towed in for no-start.

Works fine for the mechanics. She picks it up and does not start for her at the Dealer.

Dealer gives her a loaner and it will not start for her. Mechanics are able to start the vehicle.

Repeat the steps with same results.

First diagnisis: Lady is Linda Blair or related.

Since when have they been putting breathalyzers in cars? Although not a problem for me, I think it takes the nanny factor to a new level.

I have heard this before with women with large key rings on older cars. The weight of the keys was causing the ignition switch to malfunction. Take the car to the dealer and they only take the car key and can’t duplicate the issue. This happens over and over until someone finally figures it out.

When your vehicle won’t start, stop bathing in perfume.

“Curious IF it has something to do with the much bally-hoo’d alcohol sensors demanded by well intended liberals to prevent they whom may intend to drive while intoxicated from being able to start their vehicles?”

Thank you for your post, now things are coming into focus. I was thinking, ‘How does the engine smell perfume?’ This takes the cake for unintended consequences.
