Lighten up on Cruz! What he said is here is absolutely correct. This is not the hill to die on (for those that sided with the Dems). The EPD IS current law - even though we all recognize the enormous potential for abuse. Heck, Cruz even gave great examples of those who would abuse it and how they could do so. Stand with the President to exercise his current authority via the EPD and then take that power back!
I normally like Rand Paul, but every now and again he REALLY disappoints. This is the most important issue for the president - he really made a bad choice not standing with him on this issue.
