No. The courts must establish either a constitutional or statutory basis for blocking the President’s declaration. They have neither.
The lefty courts have thus far blocked the declaration with temporary injunctions while they ‘review’ the pleadings meaning while they fish around for a good BS reason to block the border wall. They know they lose at the Supreme Court so their efforts are all designed to DELAY.
Very disappointed in Rand Paul in being so stupid on this issue. The President has every right as President to do this, so this is not a Constitutional issue.

I want the wall built as well, but let’s keep this in perspective. With or without the wall, the country is finished unless the attitudes of the younger generation change. That won’t happen so long as conservatives band Christians, especially those here, stop feeding their children to the government school system. We are delusional if we think anything else will do. Even if one’s child is “doing OK” in that system, their presence there is aid and comfort to the enemy, and potentially discouraging to parents who are on the fence about leaving.

First thing he did when came to the state after his VISTA service. (Where he learned us poor WV’ians were in desperate need of NYC billionaire trust fund baby wisdom!) was go to the Kanawha County Courthouse in Charleston WV and change his registration fro GOP to Democrat. How do I know this? My uncle was a judge of the county court there. Jay was told to go meet him. (Even though my uncle was a GOP’er he was a bit of a local power in the county.) Uncle tried to talk him into staying GOP. Told him as a Rockefeller he could win here as a GOP’er. Jay didn’t know much but he knew how to count. With registration 3 (almost 4) to 1 in those days Democrat to GOP he knew where to butter the bread! I guess I must have been 10 years old at the time.
Agreed. I send my kids to Catholic school which allows me to talk all the time to the prinicpal, and their teachers so we know what is going on. It also means we are not subject to the county board of education and the lunatics that people elect to those positions.

Doesn’t say how this is supposed to help the lawsuits against Trump’s emergecy. Like he knows something the dem lawyers don’t? Enough gloom and doom. The law is on Trump’s side, let Justice Kavanah decide it.
How are the lawsuits legal? The remedy, per the law, is through congress - not the courts.
The only lawsuit worth considering is whether the 1976 emergencies act is constitutional, but that is its own can of worms.
