If so, where is it?
All I see is the USA bombing Russian Mercenaries in Syria, Arming the Ukraine, criticizing Germany for the Russian pipeline and trying to isolate Putin.
I also see the USA aligning with 7 Latin American countries to oust Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela while the Russians are trying to prop him up.
So, where’s the quid pro quo?
