because they know that if Mueller were subpeoned he would say under oath that Trump did nothing illegal..i read last week how Schiff is telling people you better never order Mueller to testify..that the bogus conspiracy must continue to 2020

It seems that someone in the FBI, (perhaps Rosenstein ? ) learned of the abuses that the
world's most respected law enforcement agency had used, breaking all the rules which they had sworn to uphold. The reality was untenable. They could not afford to let the FBI lose its credibility. The consequences are too great.
At that point, they realized they had to clean up their act, but first must bury all the graft. Enter Mueller, (who also held great respect for the FB as former director), to grease the skids, yet save the world's most respected law enforcement agency
Mueller's report tells me he was not out to take down a president, although most of his staff probably were. I also give Mueller a pass on his selection of staff. Virtually every damn lawyer in DC is a democrat...hard to find DJT supporting lawyers.
Not much else explains this, imho.
