Since they apparently don't know the House cannot investigate the Senate and that it is utterly embarrassing and nonsensical to suggest such a thing, that would indicate they have little to no knowledge of the Senate confirmation process, yet have an opinion about it anyway.
Amul Thapar would probably be a good successor to Thomas.
This massive ignorance of the Constitution speaks volumes about these so-called ‘Progressive groups’.
This is really just more evidence that if they actually get total control of the government again, they will do everything possible to eviscerate the Constitution and or freedom....................................

As bad as Obama was, you ain’t seen nothing yet.
The House cannot investigate the Senate
—
There you go again. With facts.
“Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.”........John Adams.......
THAT is exactly their objective. Tie the
President’s hands with constant investigations, subpoenas, and lawsuits. Make it impossible for him to get anything done because he spends so much time fending off spurious and frivolous lawsuits.
Executive orders? Find a corrupt lib judge to declare it unconstitutional.
Change of policy? Sue the administration in the name of ‘The Children, Women or Minorities’.
Change the laws? Bury it and Kill it in committee.
Alinsky’s rules for radicals in your face....................
If the dims win the WH in 2020, I think that will be top on their agenda, to pass a law that openly outlaws the use of facts in an argument.
The RATs have become, as a last resort, our nations $hit Disturbers. Its all they have left in theirbag of tricks. Let us hope that in next years election, that their challengers ask pointed questions relating to their legislative accomplishments. I think that this is Pelosis last ride and that when the House returns to GOP leadership next year, she will not. be minority leader, and will likely resign her seat.
